Fractional Ownership Scheme

Patroclos Group of Companies is in the pleasant position to announce a fractional ownership scheme, for the purchase of a house or flat in Cyprus and Crete. You may, if you wish, proceed in the purchase of a share in a house or flat with one or more co-owners under 2 plans.

Plan 1:
Example: Two bedroom flat/house worth €200,000.00 with co-ownership of four people. Each co-owner will contribute €50,000.00 enabling them to become co-owners of the flat with ¼ share each. There will be a private agreement between the four co-owners concerning the time period during which each will have the property at his/her disposal.

Plan 2:
This plan enables you to acquire a room solely for your own use.

Example: Three bedroom flat/house worth €300,000.00 with co-ownership of three people (share 1/3 each). Each co-owner will pay €100,000.00 and have his/her own bedroom in the flat/house and the right to use all communal areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom) whenever he/she wishes so.

The fractional ownership scheme gives you the opportunity to be (with a share) the legal owners of a property in Cyprus or Crete and to enjoy it, based on your mutual agreement. The scheme allows you to spread your risks and gives you more potential holiday destinations.
