1983
Patroclos Group of Companies was founded in Cyprus by Mr Patroclos Georghiou in 1983, with its main base of operations in Larnaca.

Mr Patroclos’ in-depth experience and professional background within the construction industry covers the whole building process from planning and architectural design, to completion and handover of properties.

2000
By 2000, the group, via its companies, had completed hundreds of construction projects in Larnaka, Nicosia and Limassol including multi-storey/multi-purpose residences, offices, shops, residential developments, tourist villages and villas, as well as the restoration of heritage buildings.

2003
The group moved its premises to the privately owned and purpose-built Patroclos Tower in Larnaka.

2004
The continued and consistent success of the group within the Cypriot and global markets, a strong and dedicated team of personnel and the emergence of global competition led the company to pursue strategic expansion in Greece, with Crete as its office headquarters.

2008
Patroclos Group of Companies is at its prime and most productive phase with the capacity to construct projects of 20,000m2 per annum. The group employs 150 permanent staff and has a large network of associates and partners both locally and overseas.

Today, the president and the founder of Patroclos Group of Companies, Mr. Patroclos Georghiou, was awarded with the title “Associate” to the Court of Justice of Larnaca for property cases. The rewarded title was given by the Ministry of Justice as an appreciation and respect for his valued contribution to the Republic of Cyprus.
